It gets power through an Ethernet cable which I replaced and checked from a Netgear 5 port switch under my desk - when It has worked - it would continually lose connection and display would read Ethernet lost.waiting - then it would work but conversations would go in and out I have Verizon Fios 50 mbps service and all other internet working fine. Keep getting VPN tunnel failure on my Avaya one-X intranet phone.
