Most of the large groups in mortal online 2 have rage and stealth hackers in them. If you're just running away from someone it's gona be fine to be speedy because the run animation does not become too obvious. The animations become very wonky and its obvious you're hacking. NEVER have your speed boost on when you're casting spells(if someone has vision on you, GMs are invisible so high risk), using bows, swinging melee, etc. I've been recorded doing exactly this and still have not been banned. This clears the log/database system Starvault uses, and was the technique used to prevent hacked accounts from being able to reclaim items after they were looted. Then trade your items to a friend, delete your character, remake your character with the same name, and delete it again. If you've got something valuable just do whatever you have to do. Go greater to perform actions if you're unseen. My advice is to stick to stick with like 2% or 3% speed hacks which you use for getting away/chasing people down. Speed hacking breaks the attack animations, and the playerbase has become attuned to what it looks like. I've witnessed individuals going to resource nodes, going perhaps 100x speed, and instantly draining a node of all resources in 1-2 seconds, works with taming.ĭevs have expressed interesting in making some of these calculations server side. The ban was just a straight IP ban, I got a vpn and I've been speed hacking for 5+ months so far. One ban for blatant speed hacking which was observed by the CEO of the game, lol, but there doesn't seem to be any auto-detection built into the game for speed or CE hooks yet. I figure this is relevant because the game is coming back with a vengeance and there will be a stress test in 4 days. The following information is now inaccurate as of.
